Can I still order online?

Yes, you can still order online. However, we are operating to an extended delivery lead time. 

 

I’m waiting for a delivery of a bed or mattress. Will my order arrive?

Our normal delivery service has resumed. Please check the individual product page for delivery times.

 

What is the guarantee or warranty process during this period of closure?

Our policy remains unchanged and we will help you with your guarantee or warranty query. Please contact us at webenquiry@sealy.co.uk should you wish to make and record a claim, and we will endeavour to resolve your query once the business – and country – resume normality.
